Work order reporting

Checked what bearings i could while they ran cars. Driver side wrap 1 top pillow block bearing looked like it had a blown seal as well as driver side wrap 2 lower pillow block bearing. After inspecting the push connect grease fitting line that went to the conveyor take up drum bearing i saw no grease on the passenger side, i assumed it was the same on the driver side bearing. I pumped 6 full pumps into both sides so we could get some grease going through. We need to fully inspect all 180s and especially on any top brushes. We may need to schedule a group greasing night with 104 management to show everyone the proper grease points in the tunnel.

We will need to look at replacing your membranes. I took some of your tubes off and the membranes are still super clogged. Will get with CJ and see what the cost will be.

New bushing doesn’t seem to work properly with the RO tank, new reducer from Fred is on it’s way should hopefully fix the issue with the current reducer not being flush

Ordered new correct size reducer, should be in tomorrow at some point

Bought a reducer from grainger should be ready tomorrow for pickup

We got super lucky again and both are under warranty. She will share tracking once they are shipped and I will get the ticket updated.

Reached out to tina to see if they under warranty and if they aren't I will get a quote as well.

Upon further diagnosis the spot free delivery pump is actually bad. Swapped contactor, ran without pump and megged the pump and all came back with the same diagnosis. Will get on the phone with Sonnys and get one one ordered.

Waiting on duck lift to finish this.

Tunnel entrance, cracked from clasp. On presoak.

Vacuum lights #2 is at pole #23 street side vacuums.

These vacuum lights work, but are always showing a different light than told too.

Getting this bolt out doesn't help us any, this whole hinge needs to be replaced which requires the door to be pulled off the hinge.

@Tyler Dillard could you get that broken bolt on the ground out? If we can get that out we can get the door fixed pretty easily.

Spoke to Sonnys Returns and Mike, the RMA Case Worker, said he is waiting on verification from Sonnys Tech Support before he can push the replacement to us. We should receive it by the end of next week.

Finally got a call back and the warranty processed. Ward Mechanical said that GreenHeck has the drive in stock and it should ship out on Monday and we should get it within the week. Will update with tracking once I receive.

We are waiting for Birmingham water to fix this, they told us that once we submit the claim for this to be moved we basically sit in a queue with no way of knowing when it will get fixed. @103 Fultondale Winston, if you get some free time today you should call and see if you can get an update on this.
